Our Story
We started with one client and a spreadsheet.
Scale Karo started small — one founder, one laptop, and one ecommerce client whose ads were bleeding money. We rebuilt the funnel from scratch: new creative, tighter targeting, a real content calendar. Revenue tripled in four months.
Word spread through founder WhatsApp groups faster than any cold pitch ever could. Today we run marketing for dozens of D2C and ecommerce brands, but the mission hasn't changed: treat every rupee of ad spend like it's our own.

Most stores see meaningful movement in ROAS or content performance within 3–4 weeks. Full-funnel scaling typically shows up over 60–90 days as we test and double down on winners.
Do I need a minimum ad budget?
No fixed minimum, but most ecommerce brands see the best return once monthly ad spend crosses ₹50,000. We'll tell you honestly on the audit call if your budget isn't ready yet.
Do you work outside ecommerce?
We work exclusively with ecommerce and D2C brands. That focus is why our playbooks, creative and ad strategy are sharper than a generalist agency's.
Who owns the ad accounts and creative?
You do, always. Your Meta Business Manager, ad account and every asset we create belong to you from day one — no lock-in, no ransom.
Can I just get video editing or design, not full marketing?
